• Check-in & check-out procedures (during/after office hours) 
• Site evaluations (ease of parking, hook-ups, slide-out space, lighting, etc.)
• Park/resort/campground inspection (cleanliness and maintenance of every aspect of park)
• Amenities (swimming pool/ hot tub areas, bathroom/shower facilities, laundry rooms, pet areas, playgrounds, pavilions, etc.)
• Customer service (office staff, store staff, park staff/hosts, maintenance staff)
• Ease of information (website, app, and office, & all paperwork handed out and/or available for customer information/interest including local/community flyers/links)
• Additional inspections/evaluations per owner request
